We are looking for a strong communicator and multitasker to serve as the link between our clients and internal teams. The Account Manager ensures smooth delivery, performance tracking, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and relay their needs to creative teams
Review content and deliverables before submission.
Track feedback, approvals, and urgent changes.
Monthly Responsibilities:
Organize monthly meetings and performance reviews.
Prepare growth reports and recommendations.
Suggest upselling or cross-service opportunities.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
1+ years experience in account/client management (agency experience preferred).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with marketing KPIs and campaign execution.
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
